How can I buy your macarons / Do you have store?

GG Macs is a home bakery operation and currently does not have a storefront but getting GG Macs is still super easy! Reserve a box of macs on the Shop page and have them delivered to your door as early as the same day. Or see the selection of macs in person at one of the local craft fairs and markets. Check out the Events page for upcoming events.

How long are Macarons good for?

For the best taste and texture, macs should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days of purchase. Pro tip: Save your macs for a later date by storing them in the freezer in an air-tight container and enjoy them for up to an additional month.

GG Macs only uses ingredients that are shelf-stable to stay in accordance with Food Cottage Regulations per State of Alaska DEC. The macs are shelf-stable and will last without perishing for at least a week but the above suggestions will significantly improve the taste and experience!

I have a Wedding/Party/Event coming up. Can I get Macarons for that?

Are these Gluten-Free?

Macs are gluten-free with a few exceptions. At GG Macs, the only flavor with traces of gluten is the Birthday Cake Macaron due to the filling. All macaron shells are gluten-free and made of sugar, almonds, and egg whites. All other fillings at GG Macs do not contain gluten.

Dairy-Free? Vegan?
