The sweet life of GG Macs
Hello :) Thank you for visiting GG Macs. My name is Anna and I’m the owner and operator of this home bakery in Palmer, AK. I started this project during the crazy and uncertain times of 2020. At first, it was me baking to pass time at home and then it quickly turned into a mild obsession with perfecting the art of making a Macaron. Over the year, my skill and flavor portfolio grew and it wasn’t long before people were saying “Hey, Anna makes Macarons and they’re super yummy!!!”. So here we are.
GG Macs is truly a love child between my creative spirit, engineering mind (shoutout to my previous career as an engineer), and a burning desire to build something special that brings people joy. My greatest hope is that these macarons will lift your spirits and add a little sweetness into your life because there’s really something magical about these beautiful, rich, unique French treats.
